Medan,Kabar Alta ||Dalam rangka mendukung kesehatan anak-anak, Kodam I/BB melaksanakan kegiatan sosial Makan Sehat Bergizi di dua sekolah dasar, SDN 060967 dan SDN 060960, yang terletak di Kelurahan Belawan 2, Kecamatan Medan Belawan, pada Senin (13/1/2025).
Sebanyak 250 siswa dari kedua sekolah tersebut menerima manfaat langsung dari program ini, dengan rincian 190 siswa dari SDN 060957 dan 60 siswa dari SDN 060960. Makanan sehat bergizi yang diberikan bertujuan untuk mendukung kesehatan dan perkembangan anak-anak, serta membantu mereka dalam menjalani aktivitas belajar dengan lebih baik.
Kolonel Inf Takkas Gultom, S.Sos., M.Si.(Han), Pamen Ahli Pangdam I/BB Bidang Hukum dan Humaniter, yang hadir dalam acara tersebut, menyampaikan, “Kegiatan Makan Sehat Bergizi ini merupakan bentuk perhatian Kodam I/BB terhadap pentingnya gizi yang baik bagi anak-anak, yang merupakan generasi penerus bangsa. Kami berharap, dengan adanya program ini, anak-anak di Medan Belawan dapat tumbuh sehat dan optimal dalam menjalani aktivitas belajar mereka.”
Program Makan Sehat Bergizi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi anak-anak, memberikan dampak positif bagi kesehatan mereka, serta mendukung pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berlanjut untuk menciptakan generasi yang sehat, cerdas, dan siap menghadapi masa depan.
Kegiatan yang berjalan lancar dan aman ini turut dihadiri oleh pejabat TNI-Polri, Camat Medan Baru, Lurah Belawan, Kepala Lingkungan, Kepala Sekolah, serta para guru.
